It is imperative to us to meet the needs of each individual child, whilst creating ongoing opportunities for their further development. Everyone who becomes involved with Enchanted Forest Nurseries including families, visitors and our staff team are treated with the utmost respect at all times. Quality is the key to our success, quality care, quality environment, quality staff and quality leadership.  Our nursery in Erskine has been graded 1 x Excellent/3 x Very Good by the Care Commission in August 2010. The Excellent grade was for the way in which we involve parents and children in our service!

On 11th November 2011, EFN won the prestigious Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce 'Excellence in Customer Services Award'.

We understand the need of a flexible approach in support of modern-day families; therefore in all aspects of life within Enchanted Forest Nurseries, parents and their children receive a patient and understanding approach. Partnership with parents is extremely important to us, as we firmly believe that as a parent, you are the most influential person in the life of your child. To reinforce our relationships with parents, we operate a Parent Forum, which is led by parentental volunteers who assist us in improving and developing the services we provide. Our children too are involved in improving our service and providing their own child-like feedback.
